One of the items you've lilnked to has incorrect information. The Director of the Mayor's Office of Contract Services isn't leaving. The person who is leaving the agency -- Russel Unger -- is the Assistant Director/Special Counsel for Environmental Procurement. The Director is Marla Simpson, and she isn't going anywhere.
