Hillary Clinton attends a HELP Committee Hearing into 9/11 health effects in Washington, D.C. 11:30 a.m. The state's Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions will hold a public hearing on cable franchise agreements at the State Education Building, 80 Washington Avenue, in Albany. 12:30 p.m. Noeleen Heyzer, executive director of the United Nations Development Fund for Women, will speak at "Labour Migration and Trafficking of Women and Girls: A Gender and Human Rights Approach," at the Columbia School of Social Work, 1255 Amsterdam Avenue. 1 p.m. The United Jewish Council of the Lower East Side, Met Council staff, and community volunteers will join the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty's Kosher Food Program in distributing Passover food packages at 500-A Grand Street. 2:30 p.m. Sen. Hillary Clinton attends a Senate Environment and Public Works Committee hearing on global climate change, featuring testimony from Vice President Al Gore in Washington, D.C. Airs live on CSPAN-3. 6 p.m. Massachusetts Governor and 2008 Presidential candidate Mitt Romney will have a cocktail reception at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers, 811 7th Avenue at 53rd Street.
