Everyone knows that Manhattan's most expensive apartment is still Martin Zweig's $70 million penthouse at The Pierre. Of course, it hasn't moved in quite a while. Now, a very wealthy buyer can purchase an apartment at The Pierre for half that price. A nine-room apartment has just hit the market at $35 million, listed with Meredyth Hull Smith, of Sotheby's International Realty. - Michael Calderone
