For several years, Jerry Seinfeld has been snug at the ritzy Beresford. So who would have thought he had a bachelor pad nearby?
Nevertheless, Mr. Seinfeld recently sold the two-bedroom apartment--which he bought around the time his show was getting off the ground-- for $2.35 million, according to the New York Times.
"I think he really liked it," said his publicist, Elizabeth Clark Zoia. "They used it for friends, out-of-town guests, family."- Michael Calderone
