These Days, You Just Can't Crash An SUV Without Hitting A Duane Reade

Luckily, no Starbucks was injured. WNBC-TV is reporting that an SUV crashed into Duane Reade at 1270 Broadway and 33rd Street this afternoon, injuring several people:
Three of the victims were store workers, one was the driver and one was a pedestrian.

Customers looking to use their Dollar Rewards cards must now track down one of only, like, 134 other locations in Manhattan.

John K (not verified) says:

Everytime I've been in a Duane Reade, the counter clerks were on their cell phones. I can just imagine their conversations. "'K, I gotta call you back, a car just drove through the front of the store and pinned me against our Christmas display."
