The Real Deal reports the tragic news that some of Manhattan's 175 Starbucks coffee shops may soon be closing. The figures aren't quite clear, though they have something to do with 25% profitability margins, 1,500 vs. 3,000-square-foot stores, and "the word 'saturation.'"
