First Lady hopeful Cindy McCain sat down with the ladies of The View yesterday--perhaps in an attempt to redeem her alleged recipe theft.

So far there are no videos of Mrs. McCain getting into a spat with Whoopi Goldberg, the show's token democrat, or braiding Elizabeth Hasselbeck's hair. There is, however, a clip of comedienne Chelsea Handler jabbering on about drinking heavily, sleeping with redheaded men, and showing she doesn't know much about politics as Mrs. McCain sits less than a foot away and and laughs nervously.

If you don't feel like watching the 6 minute, 45 second video, just skip to 5:35 when Ms. Handler bonds with Mrs. McCain over their shared affinity for older men. Ms. Handler then asks if Mrs. McCain is serious about her marriage.
