NY1 is reporting that Woodhaven Lanes in Forest Hills will shutter May 18 because of high rent:

The owners of the property had asked for a rent decrease, but the management company said they could not accommodate because of their mortgage costs. A last-ditch effort to find a new lease holder was rejected by the bank.  read more »

"Early this morning, Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-Queens & Brooklyn) was admitted to the emergency room at the Parkway Hospital, in Forest Hills, in substantial pain.

"He was diagnosed with a kidney stone. After several hours of treatment, he was released, and is now resting at home. "He hopes to be up to participating in tonight's Campaign Finance Board sponsored debate, and will make a decision whether to do so later today."
