 <description><![CDATA[<!--paging_filter--><p>And, finally, <em>Newsweek </em>has a home. </p>
<p>After months of hemming-and-hawing with a move to the Financial District, <em>Newsweek </em>is <a href="http://www.nypost.com/seven/05062008/business/w__54th_demolition_derby_zuckerman_to_ba_109639.htm?page=2">offically moving</a> a <em>little</em> farther north to 395 Hudson Street in Hudson Square. They'll be packing into an increasingly crowded media neighborhood, moving alongside <em>New York </em>Magazine<em>,</em> Clear Channel, Viacom, Miramax, NPR and CBS Radio.  <span class='read-more'><a href="http://www.observer.com/2008/newsweek-moving-hudson-square">&nbsp;read&nbsp;more&nbsp;&raquo;</a></span></p>]]></description>

 <title>Behold! The Dish Building at Hudson Square</title>

 <description><![CDATA[<!--paging_filter--><p>Dish Network – whose 10 satellites beam Free Speech TV, the Military Network, and countless other channels to boob-tubes around the world – is coming to Hudson Square.  </p>
<p>The network signed a six-year lease for the fifth and sixth floors (that’s 28,954 square feet) in 185 Varick Street, at King Street, in an edifice to be dubbed the &quot;Dish Building,&quot; according to CB Richard Ellis, whose Matthew Bergey and Bruce Surry represented the landlord, the Federbush family.    <span class='read-more'><a href="http://www.observer.com/2008/hudson-square-gets-dished">&nbsp;read&nbsp;more&nbsp;&raquo;</a></span></p>]]></description>

 <title>New York Review of Books Closes on Lease at 435 Hudson</title>

 <description><![CDATA[<!--paging_filter--><p><em>The New York Review of Books </em>is officially moving out of 1755 Broadway, joining in the stream of media firms to Hudson Square. The 45-year-old biweekly has signed a lease for 15,049 square feet <span> </span>at <a href="http://www.trinityrealestate.org/">Trinity Real Estate</a>’s 435 Hudson Street, at the northern reaches of the district.<br />
<p class="MsoNormal"><em><a href="http://www.nybooks.com/">The Review</a> </em>has been bumped out of its current space as fellow tenant Universal Music had expansion options built into its contract. </p>
