Christine Quinn's office just announced the people she'll place on the 17-member panel considering congestion pricing, wihch, as Liz noted earlier, is good news for congestion pricing supporters. Quinn's members are:

Andrea Batista Schlesinger of the Drum Major Institute, who supports the plan.

Edwin C. Reed, CFO of the Greater Allen AME Cathedral, whose pastor, Rev. Floyd Flake, has close ties to supporter Michael Bloomberg.

Kathryn S. Wylde, CEO and President of the Partnership for New York City, who also supports the plan.
