Now that Bill Clinton has come and gone in Connecticut -- to massive coverage and speculation from the pro- and anti-Lieberman -- Lee Miringoff says it's not going to change many votes, but may give Joe Lieberman the turnout he needs to stem the momentum of Ned Lamont.
"Most voters have made up their minds about the race," said Miringoff. "but not if they are going to vote or not."
Miringoff said that due to Lieberman's name recognition, high turnout probably favors the incumbent. And so enter Bill Clinton, who, according to Miringoff, served as pure "motivation for turnout." read more »
