FRANCESCA: Honeymooning in the south of Spain was fantastic. Cordoba, Seville, and Grenada are so romantic. The Moorish architecture. The centuries old winding, cobble-stoned streets. The patios overflowing with geraniums. B and I quickly adjusted to the lifestyle - especially the Siesta. Months of wedding planning, a bit of jet lag, and really hot temps in Spain exhausted us and gave us the perfect excuse to go back to our hotel room repeatedly during the middle of the day. Every evening we dressed up and dined outdoors with the Spaniards between 10pm and midnight. We slept till 9 or 10 each morning.
