Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook's Divorce Ends With a Stettlement
After pulling an all-nighter negotiating session at a Marriott hotel room in Islandia, Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook have finally settled in court this morning, the Post reports. And just like that, what seemed like the most important divorce of the year is over.
The settlement appears to be in Ms. Brinkley's favor, giving her custody of their two children and ownership of the couple's many properties in and around the Hamptons. Meanwhile, Mr. Cook will get a payout of $2.1 million and be allowed to see 10-year-old Jack and 13-year-old Sailor every Wednesday, on alternating weekends, and for some additional time during the summer.
