The latest round of public hearings will take place this Thursday, Aug. 3, in three separate locations, all at 6 p.m. Here's the lowdown:

• Brookyln Community Board District 2:
  Long Island University
  Health Sciences Center, Room 119
• Brookyln Community Board District 6: Long Island College Hospital 339 Hicks Street, Conference Rooms F&G
• Brooklyn Community Board District 8: Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation 520 Prospect Place

-Matthew Grace Update: The Brooklyn Papers informs that the community boards are organizing these hearings on their own. They're a bit upset because they've been cut out of the traditional review process because the Atlantic Yards project is overseen by the state, not the city.
