Picks for the 134th Kentucky Derby
A little after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, one lucky three-year-old horse will be led into the winner’s circle at the 134th Kentucky Derby.
Here are some of the ones that might get there:
No. 20—Big Brown: With War Pass out of the race, he could go wire to wire.
No. 10—Colonel John: Never runs a bad race. But can he run on a real dirt track ?
No. 4—Court Vision: Has improved since coming to Churchill Downs. Training great. Will have blinkers on for the Derby to keep him more focused. read more »

Street Sense won the 133rd Run for the Roses at Churchill Downs this afternoon, coming in from 19th to win by a stretch.
'I wish my momma and daddy was here, this is the greatest moment of my life!" said jockey Calvin Borel coming off the finish line.
