Feds Give a Little Bit
The U.S. Department of Transportation has pledged $354 million to New York City toward traffic improvements—which is not as much as hoped, and is contingent on the Mayor’s ability to convince city and state lawmakers to support a plan that meets the “same performance goals” as congestion pricing.
