Almost exactly a month after stepping down from his brief post-Doubleday stint as Random House publisher-at-large, Steve Rubin has landed at at the Henry Holt imprint of Macmillan. After years of painful waiting, Doubleday finally has Dan Brown's follow-up to mega-best-seller The Da Vinci Code and has announced plans to publish it on September 15.
