The firm is still putting out public-relations fires related to the 1998 sex-discrimination settlement reached with women employees of the "Boom-Boom" era, as arbitration hearings lurch forward for women who filed individual complaints after the settlement was signed. But the company is eager to keep the embarrassing details...
